QuickMD is in search of a Senior React Native Developer who can swiftly contribute to team expansion and proficiently analyze code, proposing and executing enhanced coding practices to eradicate bugs and bolster code stability.

QuickMD launched in 2019 and is a rapidly growing national telehealth company dedicated to providing addiction treatment and other services that are affordable and accessible to all. Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze codebases to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase code stability and reusability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add feature enhancements that align with project goals and client needs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, including SOLID principles and Clean Architecture, to maintain code quality and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices, and assist in establishing new standards and processes within the development team.
• Work closely with designers and stakeholders to understand Figma designs, user stories, and requirements, ensuring that software solutions fulfill business needs effectively.

Experience:

• Expert knowledge of React Native
• Advanced knowledge of Reactjs
• Work with backend team to implement APIs into front end applications
• Analyze and refactor code to lower technical debt
• Handle code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• Work with other technical leads to implement best practices and enforce them
• Evaluate and propose tools to help create a better productMust be able to work in Mac to build and debug iOS
• Knowledge of differences between Android and iOS development, able to bridge problems between the two
• Develop in an Agile environment
• Able to attend daily standups and regular team meetings - we have team members in the EU so our meetings are fairly early in the day.
• Talk to designers and product managers to make sure technical limitations are met within product development goals
• Work with lead developer to help estimate tasks and meet product development goals
• Experience in healthcare industry a must
• Experience with implementing insurance a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with Git, CI/CD systems
• Experience with 2 week sprints, can attend daily standups, retros
• 5-10 years experience
